Many gyms and personal training facilities provide teachers with the opportunity to work out before and or after school. This could include attending a class in the gym, working out by yourself or with a buddy, at a boot camp or at various outdoor facilities. Even at your schools gym, staff room or oval you and your colleagues can get active by participating in a group fitness session to get your heart racing.
